Cancellation Policy

Participant cancellation:

Cancellation or modification of your booking can be made online. Please refer to your booking confirmation email and “link” and note your booking number in the process.

If cancellation occurs up to 7 days prior to the event then your money will be refunded less a $ 5.00 administration fee.

If cancellation is made within 7 days you will receive a 50% refund. Unfortunately, in the case of cancellations 24 hours or later no refund will be given.

In the event of injury or illness your money will be refunded less a $5 administration fee on presentation of a valid medical certificate within 48 hours of the date of the clinic.

Weather-Related Cancellations: In the event of inclement weather or high heat NDA reserves the right to cancel any sessions if weather is deemed unsuitable for any activities ensuring the safety of all participants.

For Holiday Clinics, in the event of a cancellation, due to expected storms or heavy rain, assuming an alternate venue cannot be found, you will be given a full refund less admin fee of $5.00.

NDA will always endevour to press on even through light showers but won’t risk the safety of the kids and will cancel if lightning is forecast.
